Comments:

Loved the US Army, but now a new chapter in my life has opened (the PAST is HISTORY) and I am loving living today. I am not real big on THE GLORY DAYS, as they are history, and that is the past, I love living NOW, and look forward to the FUTURE. Live in Georgia now, which I never would have guessed, as I am a TRUE Yankee.

School Story:

I did not like school (bored most of the time). I did not find it to be a challenge, and quit after a week or two in 12th grade to join the US Army. However, I went back to school, much later in life, and now have an "MA in Business", a "BA in Business", an "AA in Psychology" and an "AS in Aviation Maintenance Technology". Really amazing for someone that did not like school.

For those who served in the Military, please list your service history here.

Entered the US Army as a Private in Oct 1962, Retired as a Major in 1992. Two tours in Vietnam - 1967-1968, and again in 1969-1970.
Too many Army Schools to talk about, but did earn Airborne Wings, and the Ranger Tab.

What did you always want to do that you haven't done yet?

Anything I have ever wanted to do, I have done, and when I find something new that I want to do, I will do it. Life is short, wasting time is the same as: WASTING LIFE.

What would we be surprised to know about you?

I am a certificated pilot, a certificated A&P Mechanic, and own, fly, build, and repair Experimental and Light Sport Aircraft, as a hobby (my only hobby). I live on an Airpark (with a runway and my own Hanger).
